One-year warranty

Forever Queen fully supports the products we sell. Therefore, all our products enjoy a one-year warranty from the date of receipt of the original order.

Warranty clause

1. Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to Forever Queen.

2. When returning items, customers must contact one of the Forever Queen representatives for the return address

3. Customers should ensure that the goods are safely packed before sending them back. Forever Queen is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

4. When returning items, the customer must use the means of transport with tracking function. Packages that are not tracked will not be processed.

5.  Forever Queen reserves the right to cancel the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond“Normal wear and tear,” as determined by our jewelry professionals.
